There are two main series of liquid storage tanks:
1、 Non welded plastic (high molecular weight polyethylene) liquid storage tank series: This series of products is made from modified polyethylene (PE) according to our company's formula, and is formed in one go using a special process (rotational molding process). This kind of plastic storage tank and plastic atmospheric pressure container do not use any additives or plastic fillers in production, and are completely processed by our company's formula modified and enhanced polyethylene (LLPE, HDPE) materials. From the storage tank body to the inlet and outlet, manhole, flange, etc., they are integrally formed without welding joints. Therefore, the storage tank also has the characteristics of non welding joints (the polyethylene storage tank body, inlet and outlet, flange are integrally formed without welding joints, to eliminate the problem of chemical liquid leakage), non leakage, light weight, anti-aging, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, cold and low temperature resistance, long service life, etc., and longer service life under natural conditions.
2、 Steel lined plastic (high molecular weight polyethylene) liquid storage tank series: It is a series of tanks that weld steel mesh (turtle shell) to the surface of the steel body, using polyethylene as raw material and rotary molding lining technology (rolling molding technology) to form a single piece on the surface of the steel body. Due to the fact that the steel mesh (turtle shell) and polyethylene are integrated and welded to the surface of the steel body, it is difficult for polyethylene to detach from the surface of the steel body. Therefore, it is an extremely excellent corrosion-resistant product. The inner lining surface of the product is flat, smooth, and sturdy. Compared with traditional steel lined plastic plate storage tanks and steel lined fiberglass storage tanks, it has better corrosion resistance, no leakage, no peeling, wear resistance, and long service life.
